INGREDIENTS

  • 20ml  Oloroso Alfonso

  • 30ml  The London No.1 gin

  • 20ml Honey

  • 10ml Fresh lemon juice

  • ½ Maracuya pulp

  • Complete with lager beer (after stirring in shaker)

DIRECTIONS

​

Method: Shake and strain over crushed ice.

Glass: Highball

Garnish: Fresh Mint and half maracuyá
