Amontillado (or Oloroso) bulks up the sherry quotient and helps to beat down PX's sweetness to a manageable a la minute cream sherry level.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Amontillado Sherry

  • 1/2 oz  Pedro Ximenez or Medium Sherry

  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur

  • 1/2 oz  Cinnamon Syrup

DIRECTIONS

​

  1. Whip shake

  2. Pour into a Tiki mug

  3. Fill with crushed ice,

  4. Garnish with Tiki intent.
