REBUJITO OF PALO CORTADO

The Rebujito is a popular Jerez combination, with a twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75ml  Palo Cortado

  • 30ml lemon juice

  • 15ml Sugar syrup

  • A splash of soda

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes 

  2. Pour the Palo Cortado, freshly squeezed lemon juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup into a shaker 

  3. Add a little soda to the mix and serve!
