The Rebujito is a popular Jerez combination, with a twist.


INGREDIENTS

75ml Palo Cortado

30ml lemon juice
-
15ml Sugar syrup
-
A splash of soda

DIRECTIONS

Fill a tall glass with ice cubes
-
Pour the Palo Cortado, freshly squeezed lemon juice and 15 ml of sugar syrup into a shaker
-
Add a little soda to the mix and serve!
